Jakarta, 21 July 2022 – PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (“Company”) through its subsidiary, PT Unipack Plasindo (“UPC”) has signed a Deed of Industrial Land Utilization Agreement with PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (“KITB”) of 29,587 m2 area located in Batang Integrated Industrial Estate, address at Kedawung Village, Banyuputih District, Batang Regency, Central Java. The period of utilization of this Industrial Plot is 80 (eighty) years with a transaction value of Rp26.6 billion.

The company plans to use the land to expand UPC’s operational area for Alderon manufacturing in response to the rapid growth of Alderon products. In this case, the Alderon brand is also used for roofing, pipe and ceiling products which will be launched in the third quarter of this year. The company hopes that the establishment of a new factory in KITB can strengthen sales to Eastern Indonesia.
