PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk shares are listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange.

On December 17, 2014, PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (“company”) listed its shares in Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) with the share code “IMPC”. Total number of shares released to the public through an initial public offering is 150.050.000 (one hundred and fifty million fifty thousand) shares or equal to 31.04% (thirty-one point zero four percent) from the total of issued and fully paid capital after the public offering.

The company share proceeds from the initial public offering will be used for business expansion-new 10 hectare factories and for working capital etc.
