In 2012, PT Sinar Grahamas Lestari, subsidiary of PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk has commenced the construction of Altira Business Park, which one of the construction is 32-floor office tower.

Designed by SRSS USA, and expected to be completed in the first half of 2015, the tower combines green and technological solutions in its construction – Low E double glass window, VRF energy saving for its air conditioning system, high speed elevator, entirely computerized building management system, fiber optic cable communication.

This 32 floor office tower is located in the prime area of North Jakarta.
