Impack Pratama (IMPC) Group has completed its first acquisition this year. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, ImpackOne Pty Ltd, IMPC acquired the assets and trademark of Galaxy Rooflite, an Australian manufacturer and distributor of FRP and PC roofing products.

In addition to our well-known product of Laserlite PC Roofing, with the acquisition of Galaxy we now can expand and grow our business in Australia. Post-acquisition, ImpackOne Pty Ltd will be able to offer our Australian customers a more diverse range of high quality products to meet their needs. With this acquisition, ImpackOne Pty Ltd will strive to be the leading FRP and Polycarbonate roofing supplier in Australia and expected to contribute around IDR200 Bio in revenue to IMPC in 2020.
