To strengthen its position as the leader in specialty building material industry in the region, PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (“Impack”) through its subsidiaries, Impack International Pte Ltd and Alsynite One NZ Ltd have signed Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire the business and assets, including intellectual property of Alsynite NZ Ltd, the market leader of premium FRP and polycarbonate roofing in New Zealand.

Established in 1996, Alsynite manufactures and distributes several brands that become the household names in New Zealand, such as Laserlite polycarbonate roof, Top Glass FRP roof, Crystalite glazing panel among others.

The company serves its customers from its four branches across New Zealand. The company revenue last year was around 125 billion IDR.

The acquisition was completed on 08th August 2017, and will be consolidated into Impack financial statements starting August 2017.
This new business in New Zealand will operate under the flag of Alsynite One NZ Ltd – a newly established subsidiary of Impack.
