• Formed an inclusive business collaboration with Covestro to produce and distribute Solar Dryer Dome in Indonesia.

• Acquired asset and business of OCI Holdings Bhd, a leading adhesive and sealant company in Malaysia.

• Acquired asset and business of Alsynite NZ Ltd, the market leader of premium FRP and polycarbonate roofing in New Zealand.

2018

• Acquired asset and business of PT Matrikstama Andalan Mitra, a leading interior architecture building products supplier and contractor.

2019

• AImpackOne Sdn Bhd acquired assets and business of Megaplas Corporation Sdn Bhd and Vermax Corporation Sdn Bhd, both are companies domiciled in Malaysia and engaged in the manufacturing and trading of plastic building materials.

• Acquired 100% shares of Mulford Plastics (M) Sdn Bhd.

2020

• ImpackOne Pty Ltd acquired assets and trademark of Galaxy Rooflite Pty Ltd, a manufacturer and distributor of FRP and polycarbonate roofing in Australia.

2021

• ImpackOne Pty Ltd acquired the assets and business of FGW Corporation Pty Ltd, an FRP roofing producer and PC roofing distributor located in Perth, Western Australia.

2022

• Established PT Sirkular Karya Indonesia (SKI), the Company’s green subsidiary.

• Launched uPVC ceilings under the brands of Alderon and Adaron.

• Launched Ecolite roofing with a spandek profile made from single-use PET bottle waste, and Twinlite Duo, a sustainable roofing made from 100% polycarbonate scrap
