Jakarta, May 24, 2024 – PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (“Company”) entered the main board of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (“IDX”) effective as of May 31, 2024.
The Company’s entry into the main board is the result of an assessment by the IDX regarding the fulfillment of requirements and transfers to the listing board which are carried out every May and November.
The company hopes that its entry into the main board will open the chance to more business development opportunities, greater market liquidity, improved financial performance and access to a wider range of investors.
